STAINZ EYEWEAR — TERMS & CONDITIONS

These Terms & Conditions apply to purchases made from STAINZ Eyewear through our website. By placing an order with us, you agree to these terms.

ABOUT STAINZ EYEWEAR

STAINZ Eyewear is a New Zealand business supplying fit-over sunglasses designed to be worn over prescription glasses.

Purchases from our online store are currently available for delivery within New Zealand and Australia.

PRODUCT INFORMATION

We make every reasonable effort to ensure our product descriptions, photographs, measurements and other information are accurate.

STAINZ Fit-Over Sunglasses are designed to fit over many prescription glasses. Customers should check our Fit Guide before ordering.

Current fit guide:
• Maximum prescription frame width: 140 mm
• Maximum lens height: 40 mm

Fit can also be affected by the shape and design of your prescription glasses, so these measurements should be used as a guide.

PRICING

All prices displayed on our website are in New Zealand Dollars (NZD).

Prices may change from time to time. The price displayed at the time your order is placed will apply to that order.

PAYMENT

Available payment methods will be displayed at checkout.

Payments are securely processed through third-party payment providers. STAINZ Eyewear does not store your complete credit or debit card details.

ORDERS

Once your order has been successfully placed, you will receive confirmation using the contact details supplied during checkout.

Please make sure your name, email address, delivery address and other order information are correct before completing your purchase.

All orders are subject to product availability.

If we are unable to supply an item you have ordered, we will contact you and arrange an appropriate refund.

SHIPPING & DELIVERY

STAINZ Eyewear currently ships within New Zealand and Australia.

Standard shipping to New Zealand and Australia is FREE unless otherwise clearly stated at checkout.

We aim to dispatch orders as promptly as reasonably possible.

Delivery times provided by us or a courier are estimates and may occasionally be affected by circumstances outside our control.

If there is a problem with the delivery of your order, please contact us so we can assist.

RETURNS — FIT

We want you to be able to wear your STAINZ comfortably over your prescription glasses.

If your prescription glasses do not fit properly under your STAINZ, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order to arrange a return.

Returned sunglasses must be in their original condition and returned with the original STAINZ kit and accessories.

Please contact us before sending a return so we can provide return instructions.

CHANGE OF MIND

We are not required to provide a refund simply because you have changed your mind.

Any change-of-mind return accepted by STAINZ Eyewear is at our discretion and must be agreed with us before the product is returned.

FAULTY OR INCORRECT PRODUCTS

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions limits your rights under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 or the Fair Trading Act 1986.

Products supplied by STAINZ Eyewear must meet the guarantees required by New Zealand consumer law, including being of acceptable quality, matching their description and being fit for their normal purpose.

If you receive a faulty, damaged or incorrect product, please contact us.

Where required by New Zealand consumer law, we will provide an appropriate remedy, which may include repair, replacement or refund depending on the circumstances.

PRODUCT CARE

Customers are responsible for using and caring for their STAINZ sunglasses appropriately.

Consumer remedies may not apply where damage has been caused by misuse, alteration, accidental damage or failure to take reasonable care of the product.

PRIVACY

We collect personal information necessary to process orders, provide customer service, arrange delivery and operate our online store.

We may provide necessary information to trusted service providers such as payment processors and delivery companies where required to complete your order.

We will not sell your personal information.

You may contact us to request access to, or correction of, personal information we hold about you.

WEBSITE INFORMATION

We make reasonable efforts to keep information on our website accurate and current.

Colours and appearance may vary slightly depending on photography, lighting and the screen or device being used.

We may update products, prices, website content and these Terms & Conditions from time to time.

NEW ZEALAND LAW

These Terms & Conditions and purchases made through the STAINZ Eyewear website are governed by New Zealand law.

Nothing in these terms is intended to exclude or restrict any rights that cannot legally be excluded under New Zealand law.
